Really good Korean restaurant! Service was quick by an older friendly Korean woman. The vibe is just a local casual Korean restaurant. Ban chan: bean sprouts, potatoes, warmed fish cakes, broccoli tossed in sesame oil, kimchi and crunchy radishes in spicy sauce. Unlimited refills too! They have pickled cucumber too if you ask, and just know that this restaurant's kimchi is more sour than it is spicy. #27 Yook Gae Jang: clear noodles, an egg, strips of beef, an insane amount of white onions, some green onions, and bean sprouts. It was yummy! #18 Bulgogi: good marinated soft meat, nothing out of the ordinary, but classically delicious. Decent amount of parking around the restaurant in lots. Nothing crazy or super special to warrant a 5 star, but a delicious and safe choice if you're craving Korean!

My family & I just celebrated a birthday at New Korea and I wanted to recognize the amazing service that we received. Not only was the food great, but our server quickly attended to all our needs. She got all our food out in time, gave complimentary Yakult, and even had a special treat for the birthday celebrant. Thank you so much for making our experience a great one :)

Although I own the building doesn't mean I always eat at the places I own but.... Now that we have new cooks it's awesome! I'm back to eating here again. I haven't enjoyed eating here for probably 20 years. The galbi was extremely tasty and soft. Perfectly cooked. Side dishes are so much more better. Especially the little Korean salad mix. Awesome!!!! I highly recommend it!!!!

We came during July 4 weekend and it was busy during during dinner time. 3 hardworking ajumma with beautiful glowing skin was working all the tables. They quickly got us seated. I can't tell you how grateful I was to find this Korean restaurant that had all my favorite Korean dishes. Even the Korean restaurant on caramel didn't have this many dishes. It def feels like someone's home cooking. Everything was well seasoned and delicious!! The barley tea was self serve which I liked but it had a weird taste...I guess they kept pouring hot tea into old tea. Another downside: there was probably less than 10 small pieces of pork in the kimchi with pork and tofu dish Additional parking In the back The restroom: turn right and into the corner when you walk out of the restaurant. Overall, so happy to have Korean food around here. Def made my Night

Great Korean food! Love the kimchi pancakes-I always get it as an appetizer. It's huge with the perfect crunch and the dipping sauce is so good! The bancha is also nice-they have a nice variety. Also, they gave us refills! Had many different food items and the mackerel and soups are very good and tasty. I haven't ordered anything that I didn't like. Mind you it's a great place in a location that is a bit different. Feels like you're parking in someone's home. The prices are pretty high considering the locale but for me, it's worth it. The food is great.

Service was excellent even though I just called in and ordered. Would've really loved to have the meal in person but was so exhausted from a trip. From a Hapa Korean person it was a little too sweet for me. I would've loved it if the kimchi jjigae was spicy and sour. The beef fried rice was super good and the kids loved it. Will go again if I'm ever here!!

Craving for some Korean food I found this authentic spot in Marina, a hole in the wall. their menu was limited, but they had the essentials. There was decent amount of people for dinner on a Sunday. The service was OK. We did have to continuously. ask for service.when need it. we ordered the spicy beef soup ( Yugeajung) and the flavor was on point. Spicy level just right. However there was barely any beef in it, almost not existent. The price was expensive for the amount of food especially since it felt like a veggie soup. The side dishes lacked in flavor so that was really disappointing because I love side dishes at Korean places. Still for a local spot, the food flavors were still pretty good.

For $35.99 it was plenty of pork feet(although a little bit surprised the lettuce was not served). We have been craving for it for a while and did not get any luck while we're around the Bay Area. The restaurant itself is very low-key, family style: you will need to go out of the door to find the restroom. Host was very friendly and kindly refilled the kimchi for us.

The decor of this restaurant is interesting. It's definitely not modern. The style makes you feel like you just went back to a couple of decades ago or maybe a small restaurant on the suburb in Korea (it's clean, so don't worry!) Service was good. No complaints. For food, it was delicious but it's on the expensive's end. Usually, when I eat in a Korean restaurant like this, I have some leftover but not this time. That means the portion was smaller compared to other Korean restaurants. I ordered - Spicy pork: really yummy, flavorful, tender. - Seafood pancake: pretty good - Bimbimbap: it was a surprise to me because the version they have here is more like a salad. So it's healthier than eating it with rice.
